Vibrating Car Seats Designed To Prevent Accidents

A researcher at Yale University has developed a new safety system for cars, that is designed to alert you of a potential danger, and instead of using either sound or something visual the system uses touch.

The car seat is lined with vibrating motors from cell phones which slightly vibrate when you are moving along the road, there are then sensors fitted on the outside of the car.

HTC Evo 4G Shortages Could Hold Sprint Back

Sprint is the only carrier in the US at the moment with a 4G network, and sales of the first Android 4G smartphone, the HTC Evo 4G on the network have been good, with some analysts reporting as many as 300,000 units sold since launch.

The HTC EVO 4G is currently sold out on Sprint, and the shortages of the Evo 4G may end up having an effect on Sprint, as it may hold them back in their lead against other carriers on their 4G network.

Developing a successful application for the iPhone can make developers a fair bit of money, now one developer has shared their earnings from the first day of their new application using Apple’s iAds platform.

The developer made a total of $1,400 on his first day through iAds when his new free application went live on iTunes, and the application was only a simple app that controls the cameras flash on the iPhone 4.

You will now be able to watch YouTube videos in a much higher resolution, as Google has now added 4K video to YouTube.

The new 4K video resolution means that you will be able to view videos in 4096 x 2034 pixels, which is about four times the resolution of HD video in 1080p.

Google Open Spot Android App Helps You Find Parking Spaces

Google [GOOG] has released a new Android application called Open Spot, which works with Android 2.0 and above. The Open Spot application lets you search for unclaimed parking spaces that have been reported to the service by other Open Spot users.

Once someone has left a particular parking space they can report this to the service, and then other users will be able to find the vacant parking spaces in their area.

Judge Approves Apple And AT&T iPhone Class Action Lawsuit

A judge in California has give the go ahead for a class action lawsuit against Apple [AAPL] and AT&T [T], and basically the judge has said that civil lawsuits filed against Apple and AT&T since 2007, which addressed antitrust concerns could be consolidated into a single class action lawsuit.

The lawsuit could cover anyone who has purchased an iPhone in the US and signed up for a two year contract with AT&T.
