AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom To Launch on November 8th

Last month, the notorious Twitter leaker @evleaks mentioned that the AT&T version of the Galaxy S4 Zoom will hit the market in the near future. It turns out he was correct as AT&T announced that Galaxy S4 Zoom will hit the shelves starting November 8th for $199.99 with a two-year contract. The handset doesn’t bring top of the line specifications, but would be a treat for photography lovers, thanks to its 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization.

CyanogenMod 10.2 M1 Release Brings Support For Over 70 Devices

The CyanogenMod team have this week announced the release of the new CyanogenMod 10.2 M1 software which brings with it support for over 70 devices in the initial M-release.

The M series of software releases provide users with a middle ground between the cutting edge and stable releases created by the CyanogenMod team and provide a middle ground between the nightly builds and the final release builds.

Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 To Go Into Production By End Of The Year

We recently heard some specifications on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2, and then the tablet appeared at the FCC. According to a recent report the device is expected to go into production by the end of the year.

This would mean that Samsung would launch the Galaxy Note 12.2 early next year, and with Mobile World Congress 2014 kicking off in February, we suspect we may see the device then.

The Nexus 5 Difference

Did anyone else know there were two different Nexus 5 models available for purchase? There’s a North America model, D820, and a D821 model that’s pretty much meant for the rest of the world.

The D821 model may be a number higher, but the two phones are pretty much the same. The difference lies in the mobile network bands each model is compatible for. Essentially, the North America model can make use of the network bands used by the major companies in North America, and the D821 is optimized for Europe and the rest of the world.
