Last week we heard about a lockscreen bug on the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, and now it would appear that a Samsung Galaxy S3 lockscreen bug has been discovered, and it could possibly give anyone access to your Samsung Galaxy S3.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 lockscreen bug was discovered on the S3 GT-I9300 running Android 4.1.2 Jeally Bean by Sean McMillan, and the big will let the lockscreen be bypassed giving anyone access to your Samsung Galaxy S3.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Times Square Event Teased

Samsung will officially launch their new Samsung Galaxy S4 at a Samsung Unpacked event in New York next Thursday the 14th of March, the event will also be live streamed in Times Square and on YouTube.

LG Optimus L7 Launched In Korea As LG Optimus LTE III

LG recently announced their new LG Optimus L7 and now they have launched the device in South Korea, although it comes with a different name, the LG Optimus LTE III, and it is available with mobile carrier SK Telecom.

The LG Optimus LTE III features the same specifications as the LG Optimus L7, which include a 4.7 inch True HD IPS display and a dual core 1.5GHz processor, plus 2GB of RAM and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

Leaked Samsung Galaxy S4 Screenshots Confirm Quad Core Processor For US

Yesterday we saw some leaked screenshots from the new Samsung Galaxy S4, which confirmed that the handset would feature eye tracking technology, today we have some new screenshots from the Samsung Galaxy S4.

The latest Samsung Galaxy S4 screenshots are apparently from the US version of the handset, and confirm that the US Samsung Galaxy S4 will come with a quad core processor, the pictures show a clock speed of 1.8GHz.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE Verizon Release Date Is March 7th

On Monday we heard a rumor that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE Verizon release date would be March the 7th, and now Verizon Wireless have confirmed that they will be offering the tablet from tomorrow.

Verizon Wireless will be offering the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE for $599.99 on their network, and they have also said that users can add the device to their Share Everything account for $10 a month.

Details have been leaked of another Android smartphone from Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo, which will apparently be an entry level Android handset that will be available in single SIM and dual SIM versions.

Google Reveals Android 4 Usage Has Finally Passed Gingerbread

Google has this week updated it Android distribution results, which revealed that Android devices running Android 4.0 and above now account for the biggest majority, finally pushing Android Gingerbread from the top slot.

The new figures released by Google for Android show that Google’s Android Ice Cream Sandwich has 28.6%, while Jelly Bean has 16.5%, with Android 4.1 holding the large majority of Jelly Bean’s share with 14.9% compared to the 1.6% 4.2.
