Major Nelson has released a new episode in the ongoing This Week On Xbox series for February 16th, 2018, bringing all the latest news on the Xbox One platform. This week’s episode includes details on new Backward Compatibility titles, the recent Xbox Live weekend, free-play opportunities, and more. This week’s episode also includes more details on the launch of the sword fighting role-playing game Kingdom Come Deliverance, which landed on Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4 systems last week. Offering gamers a single player adventure with branching quest lines and an interactive open world environment to explore. The game has been designed to encourage “emergent gameplay” offering realistic castles to explore, as well as armours and weapons all created with the assistance of architects and historians.
Originally launched after a successful Kickstarter campaign, Kingdom Come Deliverance offers a unique gameplay style in which you need to master hand-to-hand combat, landing blows with precision and timing.
