The Samsung Galaxy F, which was previously known as the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime, has been turning up in various press shots over the last few weeks.
Now @evleaks has posted another photo of the Samsung Galaxy F, this shows the silver version of the handset, which is expected to launch later this year.
Samsung recently announced the Galaxy S5 LTE-A in South Korea, and the Samsung Galaxy F is expected to share similar specifications to this device.
The handset is rumored to feature a 5.1 inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the device will also come with a faster quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with a clock speed of 2.5GHz.
Other rumored specifications on the Galaxy F include 3GB of RAM, plus 32GB of built in storage, and a microSD card slot that supports up to 128GB cards.
This new high end version of the Galaxy S5 will also come with a 16 megapixel rear camera and a 2.1 megapixel front camera. As yet it is not clear if it will come with the LTE-Advanced like the S5 LTE-A.
Considering the date on the press shot of the ’12th of September’ we suspect the new Samsung Galaxy F will be announced at IFA 2014 in September, along with the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
As soon as we get some for information on the new Samsung Galaxy F, including confirmation on the specifications, and also confirmation of the release date, we will let you guys know.
