Warhammer fans looking forward to the launch of the Highly anticipated sequel Warhammer Vermintide 2 on PC systems. Will be pleased to know that developer Fatshark has today confirmed that the Vermintide 2 game will be available to download from the Steam games network on March 8th, 2018. Fatshark has also announced that those that preorder Vermintide 2 will be able to enter the beta development stage, taking place at the end of this month, from February 28th, 2018 onwards.
As the name suggests Vermintide 2 is the sequel to the “critically acclaimed” Vermintide. Allowing gamers to revisit the fierce first-person co-op melee slaughter-fest featuring “visceral and ground breaking melee action, set in the apocalyptic End Times of the war-ravaged Warhammer Fantasy Battles world”.
Warhammer Vermintide 2 sees the return of the five heroes from the first game, although this time around they will be able to choose from 15 different careers, each with different appearances, abilities, talents and weapons. You need to climb talent trees and equip yourself with customised gear to suit your play style and get the most from your character. A new Heroic Deeds System has also been introduced in the new game, to provide extra bonuses and help you fight the infinite number of Skaven, that combine forces with the brutal strength of the Chaos army.
