Earlier this month we heard about an incident with a British Airways plane near Heathrow, when the incident was reported we heard that a drone may have hit the plane over Heathrow.
The UK government has been investigating the incident and it has now be confirmed that a drone was not involved in the incident.
The Police in the UK have investigated the incident and it has now been confirmed that there was no drone involved.
Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin told lawmakers that it is now thought “that was not a drone incident.”
There have been calls for the law to be changed to make sure that drones cannot be used anywhere near airports in the UK.
