Samsung has added another Android smartphone to their ever expanding Galaxy range with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Core 2.
The Samsung Galaxy Core 2 comes with a 4.5 inch TFT WVGA display, the device is powered by a quad core 1.2GHz processor and it also comes with 768MB of RAM.
For storage, the new Core 2 comes 4GB of storage built in, there is also a microSD card slot for expansion, which supports up to 64GB cards, plus front and rear facing cameras.
On top of that the Samsung Galaxy Core 2 comes with a VGA front facing camera and a rear 5 megapixel camera with an LED flash and auto-focus.
Other specifications on the new Samsung Galaxy Core 2 include WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS+GLONASS, a 2,000 mAh battery, and USB 2.0. It comes with Android 4.4 Kit Kat and it also features a dual SIM card slot.
As yet Samsung have not given any details on how much the new Galaxy Core 2 will retail for, there are also no details on a specific launch date as yet.
