We just saw the new HTC U11 Life and now another handset we have been hearing about has been announced, the HTC U11 Plus. The handset features a 6 inch LCD display that feature a QHD+ resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels.
The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and comes with a choice of 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage and 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The handset comes with Android 8.0 Oreo and features a 3930 mAh battery, it also comes with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0.
Other specifications on the HTC U11 Plus include an 8 megapixel front facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture for Selfies and video chat. This camera is capable of recording Full HD video in 1080p. On the back of the device there is a 12 megapixel HTC UltraPixel 3 camera with an f/1.7 aperture and Optical Image Stabilization. The camera is capable of recording 4K Ultra HD video.
It looks like HTC will not be launching this new U11 Plus in the US, the company plans to launch the handset in Europe and some other countries, it will retail for €799. As yet there are no details on an exact launch date, as soon as we get some more details we will let you guys know.
