Yesterday we told you that Apple had filed another complaint against HTC with the International Trade Commission (ITC), and now HTC has officially responded and released a statement.
HTC’s Grace Lei, who is HTC’s general counsel released the following statement regarding Apple’s latest filing with the ITC.
“HTC is dismayed that Apple has resorted to competition in the courts rather than the market place. HTC continues to vehemently deny all of Apple’s past and present claims against it and will continue to protect and defend its own intellectual property as it has already done this year.”
Apple certainly does have a lot of legal case on the go at the moment, as well as HTC they have cases against Samsung for alleged patent infringement of the iPhone and iPad and also against Amazon for using the App Store name in their Amazon App Store.
