Wolf and Grizzly have launched a fantastically compact and portable fire pit called Fire Safe. Providing a lightweight, envelope sized solution that allows you to start a fire anyway. Watch the promotional video below to learn more about the portable fire pit which is launched via Kickstarter this week and already raised its required goal thanks to over 400 backers with still 28 days remaining.
The Fire Safe is constructed entirely from 304 Stainless Steel and early bird pledges are available from C$80 or roughly £47 and worldwide shipping is expected to take place during September 2019. “Fire Safe fosters communal campfire and cooking experiences with friends and family while minimizing the environmental footprint that campfires often leave behind. We sweated over the details to ensure we could make the best portable fire pit for all your adventures, from the backyard to the backcountry. “
“Our patent-pending hinged collapsible design allows for a large fuel capacity and mighty fire while maintaining a packdown size slimmer than 1” and weighing less than 2.2lbs. This enables you to go on any kind of adventure (big or small) while minimizing the space it takes up in your bag.”
Features of Fire Safe include :
– Airflow direction has been carefully engineered to create an efficient and clean burn of charcoal or wood in strong-to-light wind conditions
– Wind shielding provided by the frame ensures you light and keep your fires hassle-free.
– It’s segmented, corrugated design allows you to add charcoal to only the areas that you wish to heat, allowing you to use just enough fuel to cook your meal, rather than wasting monumental amounts of charcoal
– Our insert was designed to require less so you can do more. In fact, Fire Safe requires 26% less fuel per unit of surface area than its closest “competitor”
