If you are considering applying for a Apple credit card when they launch later this year possibly some time later this month, you may be interested to know that Goldman Sachs has published the Apple Card Customer Agreement for your viewing pleasure on its website.
The Apple credit card customer agreement includes all the fine details you need to know about before applying and when using your Apple Card. Apple has also announced that its Apple Card companion iOS application will also be launching on the iPad as well as the company’s iPhone devices.
One thing worth noting in the terms and conditions of the Apple Card for those using jailbroken devices.
“If you make unauthorized modifications to your Eligible Device, such as by disabling hardware or software controls (for example, through a process sometimes referred to as “jailbreaking”), your Eligible Device may no longer be eligible to access or manage your Account. You acknowledge that use of a modified Eligible Device in connection with your Account is expressly prohibited, constitutes a violation of this Agreement, and could result in our denying or limiting your access to or closing your Account as well as any other remedies available to us under this Agreement.”
