We have seen a couple of new digital cameras from Casio this week, like the Casio Exilim EX-FH25, now Casio has launched a new compact digital camera which is designed to take a beating, the Casio Exilim EX-G1.
The Casio Exilim EX-G1 is the first compact camera in Casio’s new G-series range, and it is designed to be able to withstand bumps and knocks, as well as water, dust and cold temperatures.
As well as launching the new Casio Exilim EX-FC150, Casio has also launched a new superzoom camera, the Casio Exilim EX-FH25.
The Casio Exilim EX-FH25 features a 10 megapixel sensor, a 3 inch LCD screen, 20 x optical zoom and an ISO range of 100-3200.
Leica has confirmed the launch of a limited edition of its M7 camera, the Leica M7 Hermes Edition.
The Leica M7 Hermes Edition is the second collaboration between Leica and Hermes, there will only be 200 of this limited edition Leica M7 produced, 100 in orange and 100 in green, and each camera will features a special sequential serial number between 001 and 200.
Casio has added a new compact digital camera to its range with the launch of the Casio Exilim EX-FC150.
The Casio Exilim EX-FC150 is the updated version of the EX-FC100, and it comes with a 10 megapixel backlit CMOS sensor, and a 37-185mm 5 x optical zoom lens, plus a 2.7 inch LCD display.
Ricoh has launched the GXR which they call an ‘interchangeable unit camera system’, so basically it is a modular camera system with a bunch of interchangeable parts.
The Ricoh GXR features interchangeable lenses which slide into the body of the camera, this is designed to keep the body of the camera small, and the interchangeable units change the cameras megapixels.

Canon has launched their latest high end DSLR camera, the Canon EOS 1D Mark IV.
The Canon EOS 1D Mark IV features an APS-H-sized 16 megapixel sensor, with a 1.3x crop factor, and a normal ISO range of 100 to 12,800, it also has an expanded ISO range up to 102,400.
