Apple TV 3.0 Software Update

Apple [AAPL] has changed its iTunes Store terms and conditions, and the new terms and conditions mention a forthcoming software update to Apple TV.

It is not clear as yet whether this will be a software update only, or whether we will see a new model Apple TV launch at the same time.

Apple To Support Windows 7 By End Of The year

Apple [AAPL] has announced that it will be adding support for Microsoft’s [MSFT] latest OS, Windows 7 to Bootcamp by the end of the year, and will support Windows 7 Home Premium, Windows 7 Professional and Windows 7 Ultimate.

JVC XS-SR3 iPod Dock

The JVC XS-SR3, a new docking station from JVC can take either mini, nano, photo, video, classic and touch and has 2 2.5w cradle speakers with analog and digital external input. Its also claims that its the first iTheatre speaker system with built in Dolby decoder.

Nokia Sues Apple Over iPhone Patent Infringement

Nokia is suing Apple [AAPL] and they have alleged that the Apple iPhone infringes patents forGSM, UMTS and wireless LAN (WLAN) standards.

Nokia have listed 10 different patents in their suit which include technologies which are fundamental to making devices which are compatible with one or more of the GSM, UMTS (3G WCDMA) and Wireless LAN standards, the patents include cover wireless data, speech coding, security and encryption.

Apple Magic Mouse

This morning apple released its new Magic Mouse the worlds first multi touch mouse., allowing you to click anywhere on its surface.

Brush one finger along the Multi-Touch surface to scroll in any direction and to pan a full 360 degrees. Using two fingers, swipe left and right along the Multi-Touch surface to advance through pages.

Apple’s New Mac Mini

Apple [AAPL] has update it’s Mac Mini with a new range which feature new processors and a choice of three different models.

First up is the entry level Mac Mini which retails for $599, it comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive.

Apple Launches New Unibody Macbook

As well as launching a new range of iMac’s Apple [AAPL] has also launched a new unibody Macbook, the good news is that the price of the Macbook will stay the same at just $999.

The new unibody Macbook features a built in battery that will give you up to 7 hours of usage on a single charge, it also comes with an 13.3 inch LED backlit display, and a glass multi-touch touchpad.

Apple Launches New iMac Range

Apple [AAPL] has launched a new range of iMac’s, the new models are available in two sizes either with a 21.5 inch display or a 27 inch display.

The new 21.5 inch iMac features a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080, whilst the 27 inch iMac features a resolution of 2,560 b 1440, and both of the new models feature new processors.

New iPhone 3GS Can Still Be Jailbroken

The other day we reported that Apple [AAPL] was shipping their latest iPhone 3GS with a new bootrom update which would effectively stop the iPhone 3GS being jailbroken for the moment.

The good news is that according to Eric McDonald from the iPhone Dev team, any iPhone 3GS with the new bootrom can still be jailbroken, and that the new bootrom only causes a temporary inconvenience.
