Valve’s Steam Network know mainly for its huge range of video games available to purchase and download, now offers over 100 Lionsgate films which are now available to rent for a 48hr period with 30 days from the rental is requested.
At the current time all movies are only available as streaming rentals rather than available to purchase with prices starting from £3.49 and rising to £4.49.
The agreement with Lionsgate to stock the movies adds films such as The Hunger Games, Twilight, Kill Bill, Saw, and the Divergent series to the Steam film library for members to enjoy.
Jim Packer, Lionsgate’s president of worldwide television and digital distribution explained :
