Sony are expected to announce a number of devices at IFA this week, this will include the new Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone, plus the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet.
Sony’s previous device, the Xperia Z2 was waterproof up to 1m, and now it looks like Sony may make the Xperia Z3 waterproof up to two meters, as they posted the following teaser photo on Twitter.

It is also possible that Sony intends to make all of its new devices waterproof to 2 meters, which could include the new SOny Xperia Z3 Compact and the Xperia Z3 tablet as well as the Z3 smartphone.
The Sony Xperia Z3 is rumored to come with a 5.2 inch full high defintion display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the handset will apparently be powered by a quad core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor and will come with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built in storage.
Other rumored specifications on the handset include a microSD card slot for expansion, plus a front facing 2 megapixel camera and a rear facing 20.7 megapixel camera, the device will come with Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
