Game peripheral manufacturer and designer Scuf Gaming has this week unveiled their latest creation in the form of the modular Scuf Prestige controller, designed to provide a more featured alternative to the official Microsoft Xbox Elite controller. SCUF Prestige includes 4 paddles that can be mapped to 14 controller functions: A, B, X, Y, Left Stick, Right Stick, Entire D-Pad, Menu, View, Left Bumper, and Right Bumper.
Accommodate different hand sizes and play styles with interchangeable, one-piece thumbsticks, Scuf offers 5 different options providing a variety of lengths and shapes to match your gameplay. Thanks to the integration of a rechargeable battery the Scuf Gaming controller is capable of providing up to 30 hours of play on a single charge.
“The SCUF Prestige builds on the patented technologies introduced by Scuf Gaming: replaceable ergonomic back paddles, adjustable hair triggers, magnetic remapping of controls, quick shift trigger stops, and interchangeable thumbsticks that allow gamers to match gameplay to their personal style. “
“Since introducing SCUF grip in 2012, we have pioneered the use of rubberised grip on controllers. Prestige’s integrated, high-performance layer of grip provides a textured non-slip surface that improves comfort. Ideal for extended hours of gameplay. Change your controller’s look in seconds with the removable magnetic faceplate and interchangeable parts. SCUF’s one-piece precision thumbsticks purposefully lock in place to avoid unnecessary gameplay slips. Back control functions are the determining factor for competitive gamers. “
