Samsung Galaxy S9 Mini May Launch Next Year

Samsung Galaxy S9

We have heard a number of rumors about the new Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, if recent rumors are correct, Samsung is planning a third device in the range, a Galaxy S9 Mini. The handset is apparently coming next year.

The Galaxy S9 is expected to come with a 5.8 inch display and the S9 Plus a 6.2 inch display, the new Samsung Galaxy S9 Mini could come with a 5 inch display. Samsung recently announced their new Exynos 9810 processor which will launch in the handsets.

As well as the Exynos 9810 Samsung will also launch versions of their Samsung Galaxy S9 with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. The company is expected to have an exclusive on the processor and will be the first manufacture to launch a smartphone with it.

The design of the new Galaxy S9 range of handsets is expected to be similar to the Galaxy S8 range, Samsung will apparently introduce some new features with next years devices. We heard recently that Samsung have ditched the under the display fingerprint scanner they were developing and will apparently locate it on the back of the handset.

As soon as we get some more details about the new Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9 Plus and the Galaxy S9 Mini we will let you guys know. Samsung are expected to launch the handsets early in 2018. Either at the end of the first quarter or early in the second quarter.
