Before the Samsung Galaxy S5 launched, we heard a number of rumors about the handset, one of those was that the device would feature a QHD display, although when it was announced it featured a FHD display.
Now a new version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 has appeared in the GFXBench, the handset comes with the model number SM-G906S, and has higher specifications than the Galaxy S5 that goes on sale later this month.
This new version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 will feature a 5.2 inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the device will also be powered by the latest Qualcomm mobile processor.
Under the hood of this updated Samsung Galaxy S5 is a quad core 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM, it also comes with an Adreno 420 GPU.
The cameras on the device seem to be the same as the existing Galaxy S5, a 2 megapixel front facing camera and a 16 megapixel rear camera.
As soon as we get some more information on exactly what this new version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 is, and when it will be available, we will let you guys know.
