Samsung has launched another new Android smartphone in India, the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, and the handset will retail for INR 16000, which is around $280 at the current exchange rate.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime comes with a 5 inch LCD display with a qHD resolution of 960 c 540 pixels, and the device comes with Android 4.4 KitKat.
Other specifications on the Galaxy Grand Prime include a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad core Cortex A53 in the form of a Snapdragon 410 processor, plus 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built in storage.
If you need extra storage, the Galaxy Grand Prime features a microSD card slot that supports up to 64GB cards, and the device also comes with front and rear facing cameras.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime comes with a 5 megapixel snapper up front for Selfies and video chat, on the back there is an 8 megapixel camera with an LED flash and the ability to record full HD video in 1080p.
The handset also comes with a 2,600 mAh battery and there will be single SIM and dual SIM version of the Galaxy Grand Prime when it launches in India.
