Solar charger

SolarBar is a new portable solar charger capable of generating 20w of charging power which can be stored in the removable 10,000 mAh battery pack. Equipped with a three in one charging cable and quick charge 3.0 technology the SolarBar offers eight powerful solar panels to help charge your mobile devices, tablets, cameras and more while away from the grid.

Launched via Kickstarter this week early bird pledges are available from $69 or roughly £54 and worldwide deliveries expected to take place during August 2019. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the modular solar charger and its removable battery pack and features.

“SolarBar features 4 or 8 best solar panels that absorb and convert sunlight to the power you need for all your devices at extremely high efficiency. It also comes with a detachable 10,000mAh power bank that reserves the solar to charge your gadgets when there is insufficient sunlight. The power bank offers 10W Qi wireless and up to 18W QC3.0 charging to a maximum of 4 devices simultaneously. It has a built-in LED light that serves as a nightlight for emergency situations. SolarBar is rugged, portable and weather-resistant, designed to charge while you are on the move.”

For a complete list of all available pledge options and more information on the two different versions offering four or eight solar panels jump over to the official Kickstarter project page by following the link below. “SolarBar is made with quality monocrystalline solar panels from LG or Sunpower using an innovative Interdigitated Back Contact (IBC) solar cell technology to achieve higher efficiency of up to 22.5%, which makes SolarBar capable of providing up to 30% more power compared to traditional cells. It is powerful enough to harness solar energy with diminished sunlight. “
