Sony PS3 owners might be interested to learn that Google has today rolled out a new update to the PlayStation 3 YouTube app that and has added the new ‘send to TV’ video beaming feature.
The latest PlayStation 3 YouTube app now enables users to easily pairs your phone or tablet with your PS3 on the same Wi-Fi network, in a similar way to Apple’s Airplay feature.
Allowing you to open YouTube on your PS3, click the TV icon on your YouTube app for Android or iPhone, and the video starts playing instantly on your big screen TV. Google has also enhanced their latest PlayStation 3 YouTube app so that videos play more smoothly and with less buffering.
