Oppo has added another Android smartphone to their range with the launch of the Oppo R3, the device will be launching in China.
The Oppo R3 is equipped with a 5 inch HD display that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, the device is powered by a quad core 1.6GHz Snapdragon 400 processor from Qualcomm.
Other specifications on the new R3 include 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built in storage, this can be expanded via the microSD card slot which offers support for 128GB cards.
The new Oppo R3 also comes with a 5 megapixel front facing camera and an 8 megapixel rear camera, the device will come with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and Oppos Color OS user interface.
The handset is designed to be ultra thin, it measures just 6.3 mm thick, making it one of the thinnest LTE handsets available on the market.
Oppo will retail the new R3 for CNY 2,300 in China which is around $369 at the current exchange rates. There are no details as yet on whether Oppo plan to launch the device outside of China.
