
We have been hearing lots of rumors about the new OnePlus 6 smartphone. According to a recent report the release date for the handset could be the 21st of May.
The news comes from the guys over at GSM Arena, who have received details about the launch date. OnePlus has apparently invited some of its customers to trial out the device as part of its new LAB program before release.
The handset is rumored to come with a 6.28 inch AMOLED display that will feature a FHD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels, plus a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. Plus 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, or 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The OnePlus 6 will feature high end cameras on the back and front. Up front there will be a 20 megapixel camera for Selfies. On the back there will be a dual camera setup with one 16 megapixel camera and one 20 megapixel camera. The device will come with the latest version of Google’s Android OS, Android 8.1.
As soon as we get some confirmation from OnePlus on the exact launch date of their new flagship device, we will let you guys know.
