When Nokia announced its new Windows Phone smartphones, there were two devices revealed: the Lumia 800, which went on sale recently, and the Lumia 710, which we haven’t heard that much about as the device is scheduled to go on sale early next year.
Now, Nokia has uploaded a promo video for the new Lumia 710 to their YouTube channel, which you can see below. The Windows Phone 7.5 Mango device features a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
Specifications and Features
Other specifications on the Nokia Lumia 710 include a single-core 1.4GHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and 8GB of built-in storage. The device also boasts a 5-megapixel camera with an LED flash, which can record HD video in 720p. This makes it a versatile device for both everyday use and capturing memorable moments. The Lumia 710 is designed to offer a balance between performance and affordability, making it an attractive option for a wide range of users.
The Lumia 710 also comes with various connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It supports a range of applications available on the Windows Phone Marketplace, allowing users to customize their experience with apps that suit their needs. The device’s battery life is also noteworthy, with a 1300mAh battery that promises to keep you connected throughout the day.
Design and User Experience
The design of the Lumia 710 is both functional and stylish. It features a sleek, modern look with a comfortable grip, making it easy to handle. The 3.7-inch display is bright and clear, providing a good viewing experience for both media consumption and everyday tasks. The device is available in multiple colors, allowing users to choose one that best fits their personal style.
One of the standout features of the Lumia 710 is its user interface. Running on Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, the device offers a smooth and intuitive user experience. The Live Tiles on the home screen provide real-time updates, making it easy to stay informed and connected. The integration with Microsoft services like Office and SkyDrive adds to the device’s productivity capabilities, making it a suitable choice for both personal and professional use.
We don’t yet have an exact launch date for the Nokia Lumia 710; all we know is that the device will go on sale sometime in early 2012. Given its promising features and competitive pricing, the Lumia 710 is expected to be a strong contender in the mid-range smartphone market.
