Motorola has today launched their new Motorola Touchless Control App into the Google Play Store making it now available for a number of smartphone to use.
Motorola Touchless Control has been created to enable Moto phones to link with their natural language processors, allowing them to always be listening out for your voice commands.
The Motorola Touchless Control app is one of the enhanced features that is offered by the new Moto X smartphone and new Droid range of smartphones and once trained to recognise your voice can be used to perform a range of tasks on your smartphone.
“Without touching your smart phone at all, you can get directions, set an alarm or do just about anything—just by talking. Say “OK Google Now” to get started. Say “Do I need an umbrella today?” and it gives you up-to-the-minute weather for your location.
Tell it you’re going home, and touchless control will get you there. Because you teach it your voice it’s always ready to respond to you. Touchless control accomplishes all of this using very little power so your phone is always ready.”
Smartphone that support the new Motorola Touchless Control App include the Droid Ultra, Droid Mini, Droid Maxx, and Moto X. But don’t forget that Motorola Touchless Control is currently only available only for U.S. English, U.S. Spanish, Canadian French and Brazilian Portuguese.
