Owners of smartwatches might be interested in a new smartwatch dock called Moduul, which has been designed to provide an easy way to store and charge your smartwatch when not in use.
The Moduul smartwatch dock has been created by small tech design start-up, Aerios based in Sydney Australia. Watch the video after the jump to learn more about the Moduul Dock project and see it in action.
The Moduul project is currently over on the Indiegogo crowd funding website looking to raise $1,600 in pledges to make the jump from concept to production. Its creators explain a little more about their design.
“The Moduul uses the G Watch charger brick to turn something plastic, into something gorgeous, and a lot more functional. The charging brick fits snugly inside the Moduul so you can be assured it won’t move around, or come out when you remove your G Watch from the stand.
The Moduul is made with premium materials. The dock combines an anodised aluminium stand in either Silver or Black premium finish, and Walnut timber to compliment the black aluminium or Oak to compliment the silver.”
So if you think Moduul is something your smartwatch could benefit from, visit the Indiegogo website now to make a pledge and help Moduul become a reality, starting from just $35 AUD.
