Lenovo has this week unveiled colourful new Chromebooks equipped with 8th generation Intel processors which are expected to be available in three new variations all running the Chrome operating system. The range is expected to offer an 11.6″ convertible, a 14″ 180-degree and a 15.6″ convertible all of which will be equipped with a backlit keyboard and numeric keypad.
The Lenovo Chromebook C340-11 will be available in either Platinum Grey or Sand Pink and fitted with an 11.6 inch touchscreen display offering users a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels. The convertible Chromebook will include 4GB of RAM and options for either 32GB or 64GB of storage depending on your budget and preference. Other features include connectivity via 2 x USB 3.1 Gen 1, 2 x USB-C, 1 x MicroSD slot and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Lenovo Chromebook S340-14 will offer a HD screen without the touch interface or a FHD with optional touch display together with 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of on-board storage. Colour options will include Dark Orchid and Onyx Black.
Finally the Lenovo Chromebook C340-15 has been designed with productivity in mind and will come with options offering Pentium Gold 4417U or the Kaby Lake Core i3-8130U and will be available in Mineral Grey. Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by Lenovo, but as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you updated as always.
