
Last week we heard that the new HTC 10 was available to pre-order with mobile carrier Three and now it looks like the handset will launch in the UK this Friday the 6th of May.
Three are showing a release date for the HTC 10 on their of the 6th of May and Amazon are also showing the same date on their website.
The new HTC 10 comes with a 5.2 inch Quad HD display that has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the handset also comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.
Other specifications on the handset include 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot for expansion.
The handset also comes with dual cameras, on the front there is a 5 megapixel camera with OIS, this is one of the first smartphones to feature Optical Image Stabilization on the front camera. On the back there is a 12 megapixel camera which also has OIS.
The HTC 10 also comes with WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, HTC BoomSound Hi-Fi Edition and Dolby Audio and a 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0. The devices comes with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS in the form of Android Marshmallow.
