Acer has announced that the Acer Liquid E2 is now available in the UK, the handset is available from UK mobile carrier Three and a number of other retailers.
The Liquid E2 features a 4.5 inch qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, the handset is powered by a dual core 1.2GHz Cortex A7 processor and also comes with 1GB of RAM.
Allen Burnes, vice president, mobile phone division at Acer says: “Acer is very pleased to confirm that the Liquid E2 is now available in store with Three. This partnership with Three is an important first for Acer smartphones, and with the Liquid E2 we’re offering Three customers a great value for money smartphone with excellent features and design benefits.”
Other specifications on the Liquid E2 include 4GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot that can take up to 32GB cards, the device comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The Acer Liquid E2 features front and rear facing cameras, on the front of the handset we have a 2 megapixel camera for video calls, on the back of the device we have an 8 megapixel camera with an LED flash and auto-focus.
The Acer Liquid E2 is available on contract from Three and also on their pay as you go offering, the pay as you version of the handset retails for £149.99.
