Several leaked images of the alleged iPhone 6 parts have surfaced over the past few weeks. Not too long ago, the folks at NoWhereElse posted some images of the logic board of the alleged device, and now, they are back with more.
Recently, some high-resolution images of the home button flex cables for the iPhone 6 were leaked online. The images compared the home button for both iPhone 6 models with the current iPhone 5S.
All three cables have a little differences between them, so there’s a possibility it could be the real deal — plus the folks at NWE have been correct in the past so it’s likely we’re seeing at the real components. Rumors suggest that iPad will also gain Touch ID functionality, but considering the size of the components in the above image, it’s likely they belong to the purported iPhone 6.
Apple is reportedly working on two new iPhone 6 models with a bigger screen, due to launch in September. Some rumors hint that Apple may launch the new devices in October, but it would then ditch the traditional Apple cycle — the company launched the iPhone 5S in September last year.
Despite the decent track record of the source, a grain of salt is recommended for this rumor. We’ll update you as soon as we get any other information.
