Today, SteelSeries has announced the launch of its new range of gaming headsets in the form of the Arctis Pro line. Which consists of three headsets in the form of the Arctis Pro + GameDAC, Arctis Pro Wireless and Arctis Pro. All headsets in the line are fitted with 40,000 Hz capable high-fidelity speaker drivers and feature the same comfortable design.
The Arctis Pro + GameDAC is gaming’s first certified Hi-Res Audio System that ensures high-fidelity 96kHz/24-bit with no need for down-sampling. Equipped with ESS Sabre DAC and amplifier, the Arctis Pro + GameDAC gaming headset enables players to experience the “pure joy of high fidelity audio” says SteelSeries.
The Arctis Pro Wireless is a dual-wireless gaming headset fitted with a USB transmitter for wireless 2.4G lossless audio and Bluetooth for mobile audio. Unlike the Arctis Pro + GameDAC, the Arctis Pro Wireless features a swappable dual-battery system first introduced by SteelSeries in its Siberia 800 and Siberia 840 gaming headsets.
Each fully charged battery pack is capable of providing up to 10 hours of use offering a combined 20 hours of gaming out of the box. “The GameDAC’s ESS Sabre chip delivers sound quality beyond anything gamers on console or PC have ever experienced.
