Sony Xperia Z2 is one of the best Android devices available in the market, and it’s about to get even better. With the launch of the latest Xperia Z3, it appears Sony has reduced the price of its predecessor to make it even more attractive option for buyers.
Previously, the Sony Xperia Z2 was available for $749.99 at the online Sony Store, but the company has now reduced its price to $579.99. This is the unlocked version of the device
The handset comes with top-of-the-line specifications on board, despite the launch of its successor — there aren’t much differences in the internals except a few design changes. Sony Xperia Z2 comes with a 5.2-inch 1080p display with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC clocked at 2.3GHz.
There’s 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, coupled with a microSD card support should you ever need more storage — it supports up to 128GB of expandable memory. Other features includes a 20.7MP camera with Sony G Lens, 2.2MP front-facing camera, a 3,200 mAh battery, LTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat as its operating system. The smartphone is available in three colours: black, white and purple.
Now that Sony has reduced the price of the Xperia Z2, do you plan on getting yourself the ex-flagship device from Sony?
