The small device slips into a pocket on the reverse of a T-shirt style vest allowing you to then connect your smartphone via Bluetooth and control its heating and cooling elements directly from the companion application. The system uses the Peltier effect, during which heat is absorbed or emitted when you pass an electrical current across a junction. The personal air conditioner is capable of lowering your temperature by 23°F or raising it by 14°F without any additional noise and minimal bulk.
a full charge of the rechargeable battery provides less than two hours of cooling or heating capacity and will remain connected to your smartphone companion application for up to 24 hours until needed. Designed to provide short bursts of cool or warmth during your day the personal air-conditioner can be charged using a USB-C connection when flat.
