Sony has just announced details at Gamescom of two new PS3 models with upgraded storage capacities of 160GB and 320GB. To accommodate the additional downloads Sony will be providing gamers through its Playstation Network over the coming months.
The 160GB model will be priced at the same price as the existing model $299 and is currently shipping worldwide and will be available to purchase in a couple of days online.
The larger 320GB model will be available to purchase in September in conjunction with the launch of the Playstation Move. Bundled with the PS3 Sports Champions Move bundle. that includes the following:
PlayStation Move motion controller, PlayStation Eye camera a copy of Sports Champions on Blu-ray disc, and bonus Blu-ray game demo disc – all in one complete package for $399
