Not too long ago, LG G Watch received a software update which fixed some issues that was causing corrosion issue on the back of the device.
Now, the Android Wear powered Samsung Gear Live also received a minor update, bumping the build to KMV78y, which introduces some minor bug fixes and improvements for the smartwatch.
The surprising part is that the same build and software version was released for the LG G Watch to fix the corrosion issue, but the Samsung Gear Live doesn’t seem to have that problem, so it much have some bug fixes on board.
The update is rolling out over-the-air so you should receive it in the coming days, but the folks at XDA have the URL for the update. So, if you can’t wait for it to reach your device automatically, you can download it and install it manually. But, we won’t recommend doing that if you don’t have any experience when it comes to flashing. It’s better to wait for the OTA update rather than flashing it yourself.
