We have been hearing a number of rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones, there is a possibility they may appear at CES this week.
Now according to a recent report, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge may be launched as a limited edition handset, and will be available in smaller quantities like the Galaxy Note Edge.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is said to come with a curved display, similar to the one used in the Galaxy Note Edge.
The device is rumored to feature similar specifications to the Galaxy S6, and the curved display is said to measure 5 inches and feature a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Other rumored specifications on the Galaxy S6 Edge include either a Samsung Exynos 7420 processor or a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, the company is expected to use different processors for different markets.
The Galaxy S6 Edge is also rumored to come with at least 3GB of RAM, possibly 4GB and the device will either come with a 16 megapixel or a 20 megapixel camera.
It is not clear as yet on whether Samsung will announce the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge at CES this week, we may have to wait until Mobile World Congress next month to see these new handsets.
