Not too long ago, we heard rumors hinting that Samsung is testing different prototypes of the upcoming Galaxy S6, including a variant with a curved display.
Samsung is said to be working on a totally new design for their upcoming flagship device, and according to a new report from SamMobile, citing their reliable sources, Samsung may show off the Galaxy S6 at the Consumers Electronics Show (CES) 2015.
However, there’s a catch here: the handset will not launch officially, but will be shown off to partners during the big event in Las Vegas.
Too many details are not available at this point, but the handset is expected to feature a QHD display, a Snapdragon 810 or Exynos 7420 processor paired with 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of expandable storage. The handset is also expected to come with a 20MP camera, but the alleged handset was spotted on AnTuTu with a 16MP sensor so we’re not sure about it.
Let’s just take this rumor with a grain of salt, but we’ll update you as soon as we get any information about the alleged device. There’s no word about the launch either, but it should launch at the same time as the Samsung Galaxy S5.
