Samsung has released a software update for their Samsung Galaxy S5 Smartphone. The update comes with the July security patch for Android from Google.
The July security patch for Android for the Samsung Galaxy S5 also comes with some bug fixes and minor performance improvements for the handset.
The software update for the Samsung Galaxy S5 comes with the build number G900FXXU1CQG1 and it has been released as an over the air update.
The update is apparently being rolled out in stages so could take a little while to reach your handset. You can check to see if it is available for your device by going to Settings > About Device > System Update.
