When Samsung officially announced their new flagship Android smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S III, the company said that it would launch in Europe in May and in the US in June.
The Samsung Galaxy S III will go on sale in the UK tomorrow, the 29th of May, Samsung has yet to officially announce a launch date for the US, but it is starting to look like the handset will land in the US on the 20th of June.
Last week we heard a rumor that the Samsung Galaxy S III would go on sale in Canada on the 20th of June, at the time we did not have any details on the US launch date.
According to the guys over at TMO News, the Samsung Galaxy S III will launch on US mobile carrier T-Mobile on the 20th of June, and as Samsung is expected to launch the device at the same time on multiple carriers it looks like the 20th of June will be the actual launch date for the Galaxy S III in the US.
Samsung has yet to officially announced when the Galaxy S III will be available, although we suspect we will have some sort of official announcement from them some time this week or next week, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
