The Samsung Galaxy S III is due to go on sale in the US next month, although no specific launch date has been given, now it looks like we may have a possible launch date for the handset in Canada.
The guys over at Mobile Syrup spotted the Galaxy S III in an advert for four networks in Canada, which include Bell, Telus, Rogers and Virgin Mobile with a launch date of the 20th of June.
The Samsung Galaxy S III features a 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, and is powered by Samsung’s new 1.4GHz quad core Exynos processor, and it also features a new GPU, there are also two cameras with a 1.9 megapixel camera up front for video chat and a rear facing 8 megapixel camera for videos and photos that is capable of full HD video in 1080p.
Other specifications on the new Samsung Galaxy S III include NFC, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and it will be available in a 16GB and 32GB at launch, with a 64GB version coming later on.
