Samsung are holding a press conference for their Samsung Galaxy Note 8 smartphone on the 23rd of August. We previously heard that the handset would launch on the 24th of August. According to Evan Blass, pre-orders for the device will start on that date.
So if this information is correct, Samsung will start taking pre-orders on the handset on the 24th of August and then the handset will launch on the 15th of September.
Note8 pre-orders from Samsung (starting 8/24) come with a 256GB microSD card plus choice of convertible wireless charger or 360 cam.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will have some impressive specifications. The handset will feature a 6.3 inch display that will feature a Quad HD+ resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels. Processing will be provided by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor in some countries and an Exynos 8995 in others.
Other specifications on the handset will include 6GB and 64GB of storage, there will also be a 128GB and 256GB storage options. The Note 8 will feature high end cameras, on the back there will be two cameras with 12 megapixel sensors. One will have a telephoto lens, the other a wide angle lens.
