We have been hearing more and more about the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 over the last few weeks, and we are expecting the handset to launch in September.
Previous rumors had suggested that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 would come with a fingerprint scanner, although a new Samsung Retina scanner has been discovered, which may launch in the Galaxy Note 4.
According to a recent report, the Samsung Retina scanner will be integrated into Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface, have a look at the photos below, which show how it will work, the photos were found in a Samsung patent filing.
Samsung are rumored to launch the new Galaxy Note 4 with a choice of two processor, the quad core Snapdragon 805, and an 8 core Samsung Exynos 5433, which could be a 64-bit processor.
The handset is said to come with a 5.7 inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the handset is also said to feature 3GB of RAM and a choice of storage options, plus a microSD card slot.
Other rumored specifications on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 include a 3.7 megapixel front facing camera, plus a 12 megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization.
The new Galaxy Note 4 is rumored to launch some time in September, and Samsung are expected to make the device official at their IFA press event in September.
