Apple recently released the new OS X Yosemite Developer Preview 4, this was released along with iOS 8 Beta 4, and now we have some details on the OS X Yosemite Public Beta release.
When Apple announced the next major version of their desktop OS, the company said that they would make available an OS X Yosemite Public Beta available to one million users this summer, and now it looks like the public beta could be released this month.
The news comes from 9 to 5 Mac, who have received some information on the release of the OS X Yosemite Public Beta, it is expected to be released before the end of July.
The latest OS X Yosemite developer preview 4 comes with some new features, which include a new version of iTunes, in the form of iTunes 12, this has a new design, with a more streamlined look and also family sharing.
The calculator app has also has a redesign in the latest developer preview of Yosemite, and there are also changes to the Dark mode settings.
Hopefully we should get some details from Apple soon on when the OS X Yosemite Public Beta will be released, we would expect some sort of announcement this week or early next week if it is launching before the end of July.
