A little later than the release of the game, but now here, the official GT5 T500RS steering wheel controller. The GT5 T500RS has been created by Thrustmaster and has been created to support 16-bit resolution with 65,536 valves on the steering.
Combined with the same technology used in the HOTAS Warthog controllers the result is a steering wheel with incredible driving accuracy.
However don’t get to excited just yet as Thrustmasters suggested retail price for the T500RS Gran Turismo 5 Steering Wheel Controller is $500 and that doesn’t include the include the optional H-pattern shifter either.
Unfortunately exact specifications are still a little scarce at the moment but everything is expected to be confirmed in January 2011 at CES. We will keep you posted.
