We first heard about the new Motorola Droid4 at the end of last month, and now it would appear that the device has turned up in Verizon’s inventory which means we should get an official announcement from Verizon some time soon.
We previously heard that the Droid4 would come with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread and a 4 inch super AMOLED display with a 5 row illuminated slide out QWERTY keyboard.
Other rumored specifications include include an 8 megapixel camera which will be able to record full HD video in 1080p, plus a front facing camera, and HDMI out.
