LG are getting ready to launch their new flexible display smartphone, the LG Flex, and now it looks like the handset will launch with the three major mobile carriers in South Korea next month.
The other day we say a leaked press render of the new LG Flex, and LG made their new flexible display official recently, and also announced some new curved smartphone batteries which are expected to be in the handset.
The LG flex is rumored to feature a 6 inch flexible display, the display on the handset will curve vertically from top to bottom, this is different to Samsung’s flexible smartphone, the Galaxy Round which curves top to bottom.
As yet we do not have any details on what the other specifications on the LG Flex will be, according to ET News, the device will be available from the Korean carriers some time in November.
Another LG produced device was also mentioned, the Google Nexus 5, and according to the report, the handset will be launched around the end of the month.
This ties in with what we heard previously that the new Google Nexus 5 is expected to launch on either the 30th or 31st of October, as soon as we get some more details about both handsets we will let you guys know.
