As well as unveiling their new Lenovo Yoga 730 laptops and rugged Lenovo Chromebook’s the company has also unveiled their new Lenovo Yoga 530 Flex 14 2-in-1 laptop. Which comes equipped with a 14-inch display offering users options for either a 1366 x 768 pixel touchscreen or the ability to install a higher resolution 1920 x 1080 IPS touchscreen. As well as offering processing power in the form of 8th Generation Intel Core i7 supported by up to 16 GB of RAM. Lenovo has also made available an optional NVIDIA GeForce MX130 graphics card and the ability to install up to 512GB PCIe solid state drive (SSD) if your budget stretches.
The new Lenovo Yoga 530 is equipped with a rechargeable battery capable of powering the device for up to 10 hours on a single charge. With connectivity provided by support for both Bluetooth and wireless 802.11ac with connections in the form of 2 x USB 3.0 Type-A ports and 1 x USB 3.0 Type-C port. The optional Lenovo Active Pen touchscreen stylus offers users “pin-point accuracy” and palm-rejection technology and supports Windows Ink. Allowing you to “draw on a map and get turn-by-turn instructions, employ some smart editing, get creative with extra detail, and more”.
The Lenovo Yoga 530 Flex 14 hybrid laptop-tablet will be available during June 2018 priced at €549. At the current time no details have been announced about availability throughout the US or pricing, but as soon as more details are made available, we will keep you up-to-date as always.
