When the iPhone X was up for pre-order last week it was showing shipping times of 5 to 6 weeks. The handset has gone on sale today and it looks like shipping time have now improved. The new iPhone is now showing shipping times of 3 to 4 weeks in both the US and UK.
This could mean that Apple has increased the production of the new iPhone to keep up with the demand for the handset. The device is expected to be in high demand in Apple’s retail stores today and could end up possibly selling out this weekend.
Apple just announced its financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter of 2017, the company saw an increase in revenue and this is expected to continue into the next quarter. Apple is expecting to see a jump in revenue next quarter and the majority of this will be down to their new iPhone X.
The new iPhone is Apple’s first major new design for a number of years, the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus shre a similar design to the iPhone 7. The new iPhone has a completely new design with and an OLED display and a number of new features. These include Face ID and also wireless charging plus Apple’s new A11 Bionic processor and more.
