Huawei is expected to launch the Honor 7 smartphone in China on June 30th. The company posted the teaser of the event hinting at the launch of the new Honor handset which will also feature a fingerprint sensor as well.
In case you can’t recall, we’ve seen the handset getting leaked in the past as well in a benchmarking website, revealing some of the specifications of the alleged device.
The Huawei Honor 7 smartphone is said to come with a metal design and a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1,920 by 1,080 pixels resolution. The device is powered by an in-house Kirin 935 octa-core processor, a 13MP camera for photos and videos with optical image stabilization as well as a 3,280 mAh battery, and Android 5.1 Lollipop as its operating system.
The standard version of the handset is expected to come with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, while the premium version will feature 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
There’s no word about the pricing but we’ll update you as soon as the company announces the handset.
