It seems as if HTC One Max cannot stay off the spotlight for too long. Earlier this week, we saw the branding image of the device followed by a set of images showing us the fingerprint scanner at the back alongside HTC One. Now, HTC One Max poses for the camera yet again reconfirming the presence of a fingerprint scanner.
The images emerged from Weibo (Chinese Twitter alternative) showing the alleged fingerprint scanner and the appearance of the phone. One of the leaked images also shows the code name of the phone that is HTC 8088 and it will support GSM and LTE as well. The only thing the images don’t show is the Android version that will come with the handset.
Based on rumors, HTC One Max will feature a 5.9-inch full HD display sporting a resolution of 1080 x 1920, quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset with a clock speed of 2.3GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with a microSD card slot, a massive 3,300 mAh battery and an UltraPixel camera on the back. On the software side, the purported HTC One Max will run Android 4.3 out of the box.
There is no confirmed news about the launch of the purported HTC One Max, but it is expected to hit the shelves by the end of this year or early next year.
